CHEF DAN’S FOOL-PROOF BRISKET

* PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES

* COOK TIME: 6-8 HOURS

* SERVES: 6 TO 8 PEOPLE

•2 lbs second cut brisket
•2 yellow onions, sliced
•1 jar of Bone Sucking Sauce or your favorite bbq sauce
 

Lay sliced onions in a foil roasting pan for easy clean up. Place brisket on top. Cover brisket with whole jar of sauce.

Cover tightly with foil. Bake covered for 6-8 hours at 220 degrees.
 

RECIPE HACK

Put in the oven right before you go to bed Thursday night and it will be ready before you go to work in the morning.
