kale salad

•1 bunch of kale or 1 large bag pre-cut
•1/2 lemon, juiced
•1 tbls olive oil
•1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
•1/4 cup dried cranberries
 

Dressing

•1 tbls balsamic vinegar
•1 tbls dijon mustard
•1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
• 3 tbls olive oil
 

Wash kale and dry. Strip leaves from stems and chop. Place kale into a large bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice to kale and message.
Add sesame seeds and dried cranberries to kale. Add all dressing ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until fully combined.
